School
School is back in session so be aware – children and drivers! Lots of children on the streets as well as school buses… so, be aware of both and drive safely in and out of the park.
Labor Day – Monday, September 3rd
Another day of celebration – generally with barbeques and parties. Have a great day but also be aware of your neighbors and keep the noise level down. Remember residents of the park work at all times of the day and night and thus they may have different sleep schedules. Be safe! And, once again, NO guns or fireworks!
Lawns
As beautiful as many of the lawns in the park are, they need to be maintained. Mow once a week. And, keep them clear of junk that detracts from the beauty.
Parking
Remember the park rule … there is NO parking on the streets! You have recently received a letter from the park indicating cars parked on the street are subject to being towed at any time and at the owner’s expense. Also, a second offense can be grounds for a resident’s eviction. Our streets are narrow and emergency vehicles must be able to proceed on our streets without hindrance….and, of course, we never know the time of day or night that is necessary.
Speeding
The speed limit in the park is 15 MPH – on every street at any time. We have a lot of traffic, a lot of walkers, and a lot of children riding bikes and playing. So, be sure to not exceed the speed limit within the park. Keep our park residents safe!
Escuela
Los niños están de vuelta en la escuela, así que por favor tenga cuidado cuando conduzca dentro del parque, por favor recuerde que el límite de velocidad dentro de esta comunidad es de 15MPH.
Día del Trabajo (Lunes 3 de septiembre)
Otro día de celebración, generalmente con asados y fiestas. Que tengan un feliz Día del Trabajo. Por favor tengan en cuenta que si sus vecinos pueden escuchar su música o conversaciones quiere decir que están muy altas. Y una vez más: El uso de pólvora o de armas de fuego está totalmente prohibido en Three Lakes.
Jardines o Grama
Cada vez hay más residentes que se esmeran en mantener sus lotes hermosos y la grama corta, pero todavía hay trabajo por hacer. Por favor recuerde que su grama debe ser cortada una vez por semana.
Parqueo en la Calle
Por favor recordar que las reglas del parque prohíben el parqueo en la calle. Este es un problema que estamos teniendo cada vez mas. Recuerde que los vehículos parqueados en la calle están sujetos a ser llevados por la grúa sin previo aviso y los costos son responsabilidad del propietario del vehículo.
Los residentes que siguen insistiendo en violar las reglas referentes al parqueo pueden recibir cartas de violación a las reglas del parque y una asegunda carta dentro de 12 meses acerca de la misma violación podría representar una eventual evicción. También es importante tener en cuenta que los vehículos de emergencia necesitan espacio suficiente para circular por las calles del parque a cualquier hora. Agradecemos su cooperación en este asunto.
Alta Velocidad
Como hemos explicado anteriormente, la velocidad límite dentro del parque es de 15MPH, recuerde que hay personas caminando por la calle y muchos niños en bicicleta y jugando. Por favor ayúdenos a mantener esta comunidad segura y agradable para todos sus residentes.
